I am currently a Scientific Manager at the Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO, Spain), where I manage both scientific projects and institutional programmes, including the Cancer Prevention Programme at VHIO. Within CPE, I serve as the VHIO alternate representative, and I am a member of the Steering Committee. I am also involved in the New Infrastructure for Cancer Prevention Initiative. At VHIO, cancer prevention is a strategic priority and a core pillar of our long-term scientific vision. In this context, our participation in CPE is of significant value, as it reinforces our commitment to advancing this field and actively contributes to strengthening collaborative efforts at the European level. Engagement within CPE enables VHIO to work alongside leading institutions in cancer prevention, fostering the exchange of knowledge and contributing to the development of coordinated European initiatives aimed at reinforcing cancer prevention activities.
